Our Public Series is designed for individuals and organizations who care deeply about humanity and are willing to take transformative action - from humanitarian workers and community leaders to professionals from the social sector and all individuals, who want to enhance their learning in given topics. It supports with 100% of its profits the leaders on the ground working on the response to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.

Public Event Series: Why Now?

We are facing critical times - from the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, COVID-19 pandemic to impacts of climate change worldwide. Such times carry a variety of challenges and opportunities, which call for collective and complex responses.

These challenges require deep content expertise, and the use of humanitarian leadership and crisis management tools - to make sense of the dynamic, understand the bigger picture, act ethically, and be most effective. That is why the Lead for Impact: Public Series is a human-centered, value-based and possibility-driven approach that is practical, promotes creativity and cooperation and gives people agency to act.

Our team has trained thousands of people from governmental and nonprofit organizations to community centers, educational organizations, and districts.  We have designed, developed, and conducted customized change management, humanitarian leadership, negotiation, conflict management, peacebuilding, mediation, education, and human rights-specific skill-based seminars, workshops, conferences, courses, and programs, all of which are people-centered and through participatory methodologies.

We have been supporting thousands of leaders worldwide by providing them with skills and technical knowledge, as they serve humanity on the frontlines in the most complex emergencies and high threat environments. Through years of listening to their insights and experiences, we gathered the most crucial skills and themes for leaders and their teams that work with vulnerable populations impacted by the numerous crises all over the world.

That’s why we are launching Lead for Impact: Public Series, to create strong support systems and deep learning experiences for leaders and teams working in humanitarian crises on the ground. 

Public Event Series: Methodology

We utilize our unique set of learning-by-doing methodologies, informed by the latest research in the fields of social and organizational psychology, adult transformational learning, leadership development, systems thinking, complexity, and most importantly practice and ongoing feedback from our alumni/clients and YOU. 

We offer a mix of experiential learning, theoretical information and guidance, and practical, diverse exercises based on real-life scenarios. Each element will aim to be highly engaging, and will expect a highly engaged participant. Goals are achieved through a variety of activities such as role-play with real-life scenarios, group exercises, etc.

Investing in the competencies of both is essential to ensure the sustainability and long-term focus of the life-saving impact.
